It has been two and a half years since the launch of Olli Ella – it’s unbelievable to think about because time has just FLOWN. We have kept in close touch with many of you mamas, and can’t believe that your babies are now graduating from the cot to a big bed! And so with that in mind, we are thrilled to tell you that we have just introduced kids single bed sets, available in all of our designs.

Hello lovelies!
It has been a very busy few months! Olivia and I have been working around the clock on our latest collection of baby bedding and finally, it is here!
We have been itching to blog about our new baby for weeks and weeks – and so, with out further delay…. ta da!!
With our latest baby bedding range we have reworked a classic Harlequin design, making it both timeless and modern. Harlequin Dawn features warm hues of sienna orange, sky blue, pastel pink, and a warm musk. Harlequin Dusk has varying shades of warm neutral greys.
Both colour ways are neutral and perfect for girls’ or boys’ bedrooms!

A New Home

Hi mamas!
Whew! What a crazy month it’s been! Great news is we now have a gorgeous office for Olli Ella, right in the heart of Paddington, a lovely area in Sydney. And my family and I just moved in to our new home!
Our furniture is still half-way across the Pacific Ocean, but thanks to our lovely Olli Ella manufacturers here in Australia, we do have a place to sit – the best seat in the house – a Snow Mo-ma Glider! This poor chair has really been put to the test these past few weeks, it has served as rocking chair, dining chair, story chair, morning-cuddles-while-eating-a-bowl-of-cereal-chair – you name it. And there have been spills aplenty too. I can personally attest to the stain-resistant factor on our nursing chairs after these few weeks!

We have just arrived in Australia! We don’t yet have a permanent home, the Olli Ella office consists of about six boxes, and our dogs are in quarantine – but we made it!
I promise to give lots of updates soon, but for now, we are on the hunt for a house and Olli Ella Australia headquarters!

A Big Move…

Mamas
I have news. After five wonderful years living in London, my family and I are saying goodbye for now and heading down under to Sydney Australia! Olivia and I grew up there and left when we were teenagers and now after fifteen years, I am returning.
Olivia is staying in London to continue to the running of our European operations, while I am going to be expanding our presence in Asia.
It’s going to be beyond hard to be so far away from my sister and best friend! On the bright side though, she can escape the English winter and hide out in Australia and I might have to escape the heat of summer with some British snow!
Posts may be sporadic for the next couple of months due to the move!

RADIO SILENCE!

Hi folks! What a month it has been! I am so sorry for the absence of posts. We have been very busy in these parts what with the launch of Olli Ella’s baby bedding collection, trade shows, pregnancy (mine), potty training (toddler) and then there was a fleeting week of sunshine which left us in a giddy stupor!
Okay – so here is a recap:
I am now 22 weeks pregnant with my little bean! It’s amazing how different this pregnancy is from my first, just in that with Tennyson I spent most of my time pouring over baby books and websites, learning every little thing (and worrying too) that was available to me. This time however, I have been so much more chilled out – and will probably leave my pre-baby study session to the week or so before DD, just to make sure I have the breast feeding and burping techniques up to scratch!
And then we had potty training – which I will spare you with the details – but let me just say that a month-in, I am now the very proud mama to a 2 yr old big-boy-toilet user! Tennyson underwent some big changes this month – not only did he graduate from nappies but he also moved into a big boy bed!!
And there have been trade shows to launch Olli Ella Baby Bedding – which I am so happy to say has been very well received! Here is a peek at one of our booths:
